  • Semolina
  • Sugar
  • Lemon peel
  • Cinnamon stick
  • Vanilla extract

Instructions

    Heat milk with cinnamon stick and lemon peel over medium heat.

    Slowly add semolina while stirring constantly.

    Cook for 5–8 minutes until thickened.

    Add sugar and stir until dissolved.

    Remove aromatics and stir in vanilla.

    Store on closed container on fridge for at least 2 hours

    until hard.
