  • Mushrooms
  • Butter
  • Black pepper
  • Water
  • Parmesan cheese

Instructions

    Heat a pan over medium heat and add butter.

    Add chopped mushrooms

    Begin adding small amounts of water while stirring constantly.

    Do not let the risotto dry out
