Signed in sessions and “Unauthorized” messages

Why you may see “Unauthorized” and what to do when it happens.

Signed in sessions and “Unauthorized” messages

Zavora protects your data by requiring a valid signed-in session for account changes and private actions.

Why you might see “Unauthorized”

  • Your session expired.
  • You opened a page in a new tab after being signed out.
  • You’re trying to edit/update something without being signed in.

What to do

  1. Refresh the page once.
  2. Sign in again.
  3. Retry the action.

Good to know

Zavora scopes sensitive actions to the signed-in user, so “Unauthorized” is a safety check—not a random bug.
